BEARINGS

ARVINPETROL delivers bearings for high, medium and slow speed engines.

EXPANSION JOINTS & HOSES

ARVINPETROL delivers from Europe

Axial / Universal Expansion joints for Exhaust gases made from Inconel. Stainless steel bellows.
Rubber expansion joints NBR, EPDM Viton for various temperatures and pressure ratings.
Braided hose.

We also deliver 2 part rings and clamps for Exhaust pipes.

CYLINDER HEADS & WATER JACKETS

ARVINPETROL delivers Cylinder heads in GGG40 and GGG50 for a few 4-stroke heavy duty engines running on Liquid fuel and Gas.

These Cylinder heads are of a high quality and provide long service life.

We can supply bare as well as assembled cylinder heads.

DIESEL SWITCH

ARVINPETROL delivers a Diesel switch for switching from HFO to MDO/MGO and vice versa thus minimizing risk of damages due to abrupt temperature changes. Change over at full load is possible.

CONDITION MONITORING EQUIPMENT

ARVINPETROL delivers Engine Mean Indicated Pressure (MIP) systems for performance reporting and Condition Based Maintenance (CBM). The MIP range includes electronic indicators, MIP calculators and permanent computerized MIP systems that enable 24hr engine monitoring & shaft power measuring systems to achieve better operational reliability and reducing fuel consumption.

FILTRATION EQUIPMENT

ARVINPETROL delivers pressure filters, duplex filters, bypass filters, suction filters, return-line filters, breather filters, auto-clean filters and highly efficient filter elements in standard versions to industrial norm DIN 24550, as well as accessories, filter equipment, and service equipment for the care of hydraulic fluids and lubricants.

FUEL INJECTION EQUIPMENT

ARVINPETROL supplies a variety of Fuel injection equipment for off-highway applications for high and medium speed 4-stroke engines.

These are sourced from a company with technological leadership in high-pressure injection systems which make it possible to combine low pollutant emission and low fuel consumption with a long service life. We offer a comprehensive range from the conventional single and multiple pump units to the innovative common-rail system delivering pressures of up to 2,000 bars in the injection systems.

GASKETS & SEALING RINGS

ARVINPETROL delivers various gaskets for Flanges, Air coolers, Thermostatic Valves etc. These are made of Asbestos free material.

HOMOGENISER & FUEL EMULSIFIER

ARVINPETROL delivers Homogenisers for improving the quality of Fuel oil by reducing the size of asphaltenes and creating a consistently fine fuel-oil structure. This enables a more stable combustion and can therefore extend equipment life.

MPI also delivers the water-in-fuel emulsifier. This system creates homogeneous water in fuel emulsion with an average droplet size of approx. 5µm, which enables NOx and particle emission reductions across the marine and power station engine’s entire operating range.
